Instructions to download and install:
You will need WINZIP to extract the files once downloaded.
After a successful download and unzip, open the folder and run Start to install.

Reaming
Select material and AMG, choose cylindrical or tapered, enter application data and the Selector will show you which tools to use.
Standard reamers are designed to conform to H7 hole tolerance. Selecting different tolerances will also show if there is an increment reamer suitable for the application.
Advanced Technology Search
A simple but very effective function, enabling you to choose type of operation and make a variety of selections (including material, coating, length etc) leaving you with a list of matching tools. Click on a tool from the list to display the catalogue page. You can also browse through all the tools in the Dormer range or search for a particular Product Code or even a 'free text' search.
Shopping Cart
It is now possible to add your requirements to a shopping cart which can be imported directly into Dormer's internet ordering facility - Dormer OnLine##. When you have completed your selections, click on Web upload to create a file which can be imported directly into Dormer OnLine version 3.0.
## Dormer OnLine is only available by prior arrangement with your local sales company - restrictions may apply.
Drilling
Operations include standard drills, Subland drills, step drills, centre drills, spotting drills and spotweld drills
Select desired tolerance of the hole, from H12 - showing all drills. to H8 - restricting selection to CDX carbide drills.
Pecking needs for the selected drill depth are included.

Tapping
Select for hand/ machine tapping
Automatic adjustment of cutting speed depending on selected thread depth.

Milling
Flexible cutting depths and calculations available.
Graphical representation of way cutter stress and chip evacuation is affected using shank cutters.
